Tender analysis:
Reviews all submissions and produces a comparison report on
quality and cost. Prepare contracts as required.
Quantity surveying:
Assists with procurement, carry out interim valuations as the
works proceed, agree variations with yourself or your
representative and prepare final accounts on completion of the
works.
Project management:
Includes preparation and management of the
program, liaising with site manager, monitor workmanship,
co-ordination of specialist suppliers, liaising with
utilities, handover inspections and prepare snagging lists.
Specialist suppliers:
The appointment and management of specialist elements,
ensuring ongoing design control.
Design management:
Working with the implementation team to ensure design
integrity. Revision of any detail drawings and ongoing
support. |
