Building surveys:
Accurate measured survey of your current / new property plus any
necessary investigative work relating to the current
structure, services and foundations. A full schedule of the
current property condition is also produced, inclusive of
photographic records.
Space planning:
Production of two-dimensional layout plans depicting the
preferred scheme layout for furniture, circulation & lighting.
Pre-application advice:
Liaising with building/planning control and when applicable
landlords/managing agents to gain approvals of the
scheme. Determination of the methods of construction, to
ensure the scheme will meet current building control
regulations.
Budget planning:
Provision of a quantity surveyor service throughout the design
process to ensure that plans/proposals are within outline
budgets. Ensuring best value is achieved through benchmarking
and working closely with Suppliers.
Planning submission:
Full plans are produced and forwarded for statutory approval:
Full plans (approx: eight weeks) - permitted development
or listed building approval (approx.: three weeks). Submission
made to building control, either for full plans (approx: four
weeks) or building notice
(approx: 24/hours). |
